What the service does, as of 2026-09-18.
This page is written from what the application itself does. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it is not legal advice.
These terms describe what Haddak and Dekkeneh are, what you can do with them today, and what you are agreeing to when you place an order.
As with the privacy page, this describes the service as it is actually built. The commercial and legal terms that are still to be decided are listed at the end rather than invented.
What the service is
Haddak is the platform. Dekkeneh is its grocery delivery service: you browse a catalogue, place an order, and it is delivered to an address you have given.
Haddak lists seven further services — among them Pharmacy, Print, and repair and maintenance. All seven are shown as coming soon. None of them accepts a request, none of them carries a price, and none of them is contracted to any provider. Nothing on this page should be read as an offer of any of them.
Your account
You need an account to place an order. Give accurate details: an order is delivered to the address and the phone number on it, and a wrong one is the most common reason a delivery fails.
Your account is yours. Do not share your password or your one-time codes, and tell us if you think somebody else has them.
You can delete your account at any time, from the app or from this website. What that erases and what it keeps is set out on the privacy page.
Orders and prices
A price shown in the app is the price at the moment you look at it, and the order you place is priced by the server rather than by your phone, so what you are charged is what the catalogue says at that moment.
An item can run out between your placing an order and its being picked. When that happens the order is adjusted and you are told what changed.
Payment is cash on delivery, or from your Haddak Credits balance. The app takes no card, and stores no card details, because it has no payment processor.
Haddak Credits
Credits are a balance held on your account that can be spent on Dekkeneh orders. They are not money, they are not a bank deposit, and they cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
If you delete your account, any remaining Credits are forfeited. You are shown the amount before you confirm. If you would rather not lose them, spend them first, or ask support to settle the balance before you ask for deletion.
What you agree not to do
- Order for resale, or in quantities intended to strip stock.
- Use somebody else's account, payment or address without their say-so.
- Interfere with the service, or try to reach parts of it that are not yours.
- Upload anything to Print that you do not have the right to print.
When we can close an account
An account can be suspended or closed for the things listed above, or where an order pattern is clearly fraudulent. Where that happens you are told, and any order already placed and paid for is either delivered or refunded.
What these terms do not yet cover
These need a lawyer and an owner decision, not a draft. They are named here so that nobody mistakes their absence for a position.
- The company that contracts with you, its registered name and address.
- Which country's law governs these terms, and where a dispute is heard.
- The limits of liability, and the warranties given and excluded.
- The refund, return and cancellation rules, in the detail a consumer authority expects.
- The delivery fee structure, minimum order and service area as they will be at launch.
- How you will be told when these terms change.
