What the application does, as of 2026-09-18.
This page is written from what the application itself does. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it is not legal advice.
This page describes what the Haddak app and the Dekkeneh service collect about you. The part that describes the application is taken from the application's own source code, so it can be checked rather than believed.
Where the answer is a decision the business has not yet made, this page says so instead of guessing. Those are listed at the end.
What we collect, and why
Each item below exists because a specific part of the app needs it. Nothing here is collected for advertising: the app has no advertising, no analytics service and no tracking across other apps or websites.
- Your name, email address and phone number, so that an account exists and an order can be delivered to a person.
- Your password, stored only as a one-way hash, and the one-time codes used to sign in and to confirm deletion.
- Your delivery addresses, including any note you add for the driver.
- Your orders: what you bought, when, what it cost and what happened to the order.
- Your Haddak Credits balance and the entries that make it up.
- Messages you send to support, and the replies.
- Files you upload to the Print service, which are yours and are not read for any other purpose.
- Requests you make to the other services, including the medicine details and the prescription photograph the Pharmacy intake asks for. That is health information, and it is treated as the most sensitive thing the app holds.
- Your device's location, but only while you are choosing or confirming an address, and only if you allow it. The app does not follow you in the background.
- What you search for in the catalogue.
- Which notifications you have turned on.
- A push notification token, once notifications are switched on for this device.
Who else receives it
Two, and only two, at the time of writing:
- Google. When you pick an address on the map, or ask the app what is near you, the coordinate is sent to Haddak's own server, which asks Google's Geocoding service to turn it into a street name. Google receives that coordinate under the Google Maps Platform terms.
- The email provider that carries our messages. Your email address and the contents of the message reach it, because that is what sending an email is.
Who does not receive it
There is no advertising network, no analytics product, no data broker and no social network in this application. There is no payment processor: an order is paid in cash on delivery or from Haddak Credits. There is no delivery company and no pharmacy, repair or contractor partner connected to the app — those services are not open, and no request has ever been sent to anyone outside Haddak.
Deleting your account
You can ask for your account to be deleted from inside the app, or from this website without installing it, at the link below. You do not need to contact anybody.
Some records survive deletion, and you should know which before you ask. Orders, payments and their audit records are kept as commercial and tax records, with your identity removed from them and the address reduced to what an accountant needs. Any remaining Haddak Credits are forfeited — the amount is shown to you in words and figures before you confirm, and it cannot be restored or paid out afterwards.
Children
Dekkeneh is not intended for children, and an account is not knowingly created for one.
What this page cannot yet tell you
These are decisions about the business rather than facts about the software, and they have not been made. They are published as gaps on purpose: an invented answer here would be a false statement about how your data is handled.
- How long each kind of record is kept. The app has working defaults, but a default chosen by an engineer is not a retention policy.
- The exact commercial purpose stated for each category, as it will appear on the app store listings.
- Which company is the data controller, and where it is registered.
- How a delivery company, a pharmacy or a repair contractor will handle a request once any of them is contracted. None is today.
- How requests containing health information are to be kept and for how long. This is the question a lawyer should be asked first.
- Which supervisory authority a complaint goes to, and how to make one.
